Some Pinoys opt to watch drone show, balloon display on first day of 2021

On the first day of the New Year, Filipinos visited a mall and enjoyed the drone light show at a shopping mall in Pasay City.

Jamie Santos, in a report on Saksi on Friday, reported that the people opted to go to SM Mall of Asia to spend a part of the long weekend with their family and friends.

The people enjoyed the drone show that lasted about 10 minutes and the grand balloon display.

Health protocols were strictly imposed in the venues.

Those aged 18 to 65 were allowed to enter the mall and balloon display area. But the children were not allowed entry and had to make do with watching the display from their vehicles.

Some of the people at the venue shared that they decided to leave their houses and enjoy the sights to relieve stress including those who were not able to spend the holidays with their families because of travel restrictions. --- BAP, GMA News
