Joem Bascon's ex Crisha Uy finally speaks up: 'Bumalik feelings ko na I was betrayed all over again'

Joem Bascon's ex-girlfriend Crisha Uy has finally spoken up after he and Meryll Soriano revealed they have a baby together.

The vlogger decided to react to comments, tags, assumptions, and rumors to make everything clear.

Without mentioning any names, Crisha said she remembers the day the photo was posted and the news was revealed.

"It was uploaded before my birthday and then nag-flood ng tags, mentions, comments," Crisha began. At first she thought the tags and mentions were birthday greetings "tas yun pala pasabog," she said.

"'Di ko alam bakit niyo ko tinag or bakit niyo ko minention. Gusto niyo ata ako saktan," she joked.

After thanking those those who tagged and messaged her out of concern, Crisha revealed she already knew about the news even before the announcement.

She explained that an eight-year relationship with Joem meant the two had the same set of friends. It was how she learned of the news, Crisha said.

"So yes, alam ko na yung totoo. Alam ko yung relatonship nila, their bundle of blessing," she said.

Despite this though, Crisha admitted to feeling angry, upon seeing the announcement and reading articles on it.

"Nung naramdaman ko that day, nagalit ako. Kasi bumalik feelings ko na I was betrayed all over again. Iba pala yung feeling na nakita mo versus kwinento or chinika lang sayo," she admitted in the video.

For Crisha, the news confirmed that Joem had lied to her.

"Finally, na-confirm ko na nagsinungaling talaga siya nun, and I was lied to. Kasi I gave him the benefit of the doubt eh, before. Pero yun nga, sampal pala sa mukha nung nakita ko yun. Sampal sa mukha, na tama pala yung hinala ko noon."

"Finally gurl confirmed," she added.

Crisha also clarified her TikToks are purely for fun — not directed at Joem — and entertained questions from netizens.

One even asked why she and Joem never had a baby after being together for eight long years. Crisha said, "It wasn't in our mind at that moment. Siguro kasi we're not with the right person you know? If napanuod niyo yung vlog ko, we were planning to get married and tsaka na kami mag-family," she said.

"I think hindi natuloy yun kasi we are not really meant to be and God is good."

On New Year's Day, Meryll posted a family photo of actor Joem, her 13-year-old son Elijah, and herself carrying a newborn on Instagram surprising the world with the announcement of their new bundle of joy.

According to a report on PEP.ph, Meryll and Joem were rumored to have rekindled their relationship last year. They first broke up in 2009.

It was in January 2020 when Joem's ex-girlfriend, vlogger Crisha, announced that the two of them broke up after being together for eight years.
