Dog saves family from danger for 2nd time

A dachshund in San Mateo, Rizal saved his family from danger for the second time when he alerted them over an electrical outlet that was overheating.

According to a “State of the Nation” report on Thursday, Annex Codilla and her family were woken up one day by their dog Rover, who was barking incessantly.

The family later saw that smoke emanated from the electrical outlet connected to their refrigerator.

Codilla said this was the second time that Rover protected their family from danger.
