Ellen Adarna's son Elias adorably clung to Derek Ramsay as he got his vaccine shot.

In a couple of Instagram Stories on Tuesday, Ellen shared a video clip of her son getting vaccinated at home.

In the video, Derek can be seen hugging and comforting Elias, as the medical frontliner prepared to inoculate him. Ellen can be heard giving words of encouragement. 

The actress clarified Elias wasn't getting the COVID-19 vaccine.

Elias and his Tito Derek have grown close since Derek and Ellen began dating. In March, the actress shared a video of her boyfriend tossing her son from the bed.  Derek would also constantly share videos with Elias, obviously growing fond of Ellen's boy. 

Ellen and Derek confirmed their relationship last February and got engaged last March. Elias is Ellen's son with former partner John Lloyd Cruz. — Kaela Malig/LA, GMA News
