Baby Tali is all smiles as she splashes around in a pool

Pauleen Luna and Vic Sotto's daughter Tali seems to have had the time of her life splashing around in a pool.

In an Instagram post on Tuesday, Pauleen shared photos of Tali smiling from ear to ear as she played in the water with a scooper.
