Carmina Villaroel mourns passing of father Reggie

Carmina Villaroel is mourning the loss of her father, Reggie.

On Instagram Tuesday, the Kapuso actress broke the unfortunate news, posting a beautiful vintage photo of her parents. 

"Daddy Regy you're reunited with Mommy Menchu. Your one and only. Your first and last," Carmina captioned her post. 

In 2021, Carmina paid tribute to her Daddy Reggie on Father's Day, saying he taught her to "live a simple life, treat everyone fairly, and always be kind."

At the height of the pandemic in 2020, the actress surprised her father, which she referred to as "the first man she has ever loved," on his birthday with a simple celebration.

We are truly sorry for the Villaroel family's loss and send our thoughts and prayers to them.
