‘Badjao Girl’ Rita Gaviola responds to bashers: ‘Huwag ninyo lang idamay ang anak ko’

Rita Gaviola, popularly known as Badjao Girl, has announced that she is now a mother .

While many people congratulated her, she has also received some negative comments online.

Some of the comments on her announcement post said she was too young to have a child, while others said she was throwing away her dreams, such as joining Miss Universe Philippines .

In an Instagram post with photos of her baby, Rita responded to her bashers.

“Sabihan ninyo lang ako masasakit na salita, kahit laitin niyo ako okay lang sa akin. Basta wag ninyo lang idamay ang anak ko tatanggapin ko lahat ng masasakit, wag lang anak ko,” she said.
