Karel Marquez is pregnant again!

The celebrity took to Instagram Monday morning to share the good news, posting photos from her doctor's appointment and showing just host strong her baby's heart beat is.

"Same as the last time, we're not the type to hide anything [from] our family/friends that means so much to us, even if it is a risk to take, as anything could happen along the way," Karel began.

Asking for prayers that she and the baby be healthy in the coming months, the celebrity said that "for now, the best news we heard this morning was the baby has a great and strong heart beat."

After thanking her husband for always accompanying her in her checkups, Karen excitedly said, "Hello baby #4! We can't wait to meet you soon!"

The coming baby will make theirs a family of six.

Karel suffered a miscarriage in 2017, five to six weeks into pregnancy. She announced they were again expecting the following year and gave birth to a healthy baby boy in 2019. They named him Kobe.

Karel and husband Sean Fariñas started dating in 2012 and tied the knot in December 2016.

Karel had her first two children, Keiley and Kyler, with ex-boyfriend Arman de Guzman.
