What's in QC?

According to a Tinder study, Quezon City is the number one online dating hotspot in the Philippines, with Tinderellas and Tinderellos using the platform's Passport feature to be able to swipe in the City of Stars.

Cebu City, Baguio, Davao, Dasmariñas, Taguig, San Pedro, Laguna; Iloilo, Bacolod City, and Olongapo complete the Top 10 local passport destinations.

Meanwhile, London was the the top spot where Filipino Tinder users "passport" to, followed by Los Angeles, California, New York, Melbourne, Sydney, Quezon City, Toronto, Seoul, and San Diego.

Tinder launched its Passport feature in April, which allows users to change their location to find a match in a particular city of their liking.

Quickly, the online dating app noticed an increase in users virtually traveling to different international and local cities where they can meet new people to "swipe right" on.

Conducted early this year, the survey among 18 to 25-year-olds with access to Tinder Premium, showed that on average, users have "passported" to several locations nine times a month.
