Maxene Magalona reacts to Francis M's hologram at Eraserheads concert: ‘Nice to see you for a while'

Maxene Magalona was overflowing with love at the Eraserheads Huling El Bimbo reunion concert.

The actress had a “[proud] ate moment” seeing her younger brothers Elmo and Arkin “shine their light on stage[.]"

“I am so damn proud of you both! Papa obviously lives in your souls," she said in an Instagram post.

Maxene also reacted to the hologram of the late Master Rapper Francis M, which was one of the highlights of the Eheads' Huling El Bimbo concert.

Through the hologram, Francis M was able to perform his verse in the opening number “Superproxy” alongside his two sons.

“It was nice to see you for a while, Pop! Thank you so much for gracing us with your presence,” Maxene said.

She also sent her love and gratitude to the Eraserheads “for honoring the late Francis M through this super cool hologram.”

Francis “Kiko” Magalona—a friend of the band and one of their frequent collaborators—died in 2009 due to leukemia. His hit songs include “Mga Kababayan,” “3 Stars and a Sun,” and “Ito ang Gusto Ko.”
