Angelica Panganiban, Maxene Magalona, and others throw a surprise bridal shower for Glaiza De Castro

Glaiza De Castro is truly loved by her friends!

After having an intimate party with her non-showbiz barkada, the Kapuso actress got another surprise bridal shower, this time, from her maid of honor, Angelica Panganiban, Maxene Magalona, and other celebrity friends.

In a series of Instagram Stories, Maxene shared snippets of their surprise for the soon-to-be bride, which included a fully decorated function room and a human-size standee of Glaiza with a sash that read “Bride To Be.”

Glaiza arrived at the venue wearing a casual button-down shirt and a pair of jeans, unaware there was a surprise party waiting, but her friends came prepared as they brought a red dress for the celebrant.

Tagging Glaiza in stories, Maxene wrote, “The coolest bride to be.” They used #HappyPeCha as the official hashtag of their little party.

Aside from Angelica and Maxene, Sheena Halili, Isabel Oli-Prats, and Kakai Bautista were also present at the bridal shower.

Glaiza and Irish businessman David Rainey have been married since October 2021 after the two exchanged I Do's in an inimate ceremony in Northern Ireland.
