Julie Anne San Jose, Winwyn Marquez confident their partners won’t cheat on them
“The Cheating Game” stars Julie Anne San Jose and Winwyn Marquez are confident there will be no “cheating game” in their present relationships.
In a media conference, Winwyn said she has known her non-showbiz fiancé since they were in grade school, making her confident that he won’t cheat on her.
“Sa 'kin kasi, kilala ko na yung partner ko ano pa lang ako eh, grade one, grade two? Best friend siya ng brother ko, we grew up together, tipong papasok siya sa bahay, para siyang anak ng daddy ko, and then we both saw our relationships with different people,” she said.
Winwyn continued, “So feeling ko wala na rin, wala nang ganong pakiramdam sa 'min sa sobrang kilala na namin yung isa’t-isa.
“So for me, really confident ako talaga na wala nang ganon,” she added.
Meanwhile, Julie Anne said "secure naman ako" of her current boyfriend, Rayver Cruz.
“Secure ako kasi matagal na kaming magkaibigan. Kasi yung friendship kasi, naniniwala ako na yun yung best foundation ng isang relationship,” the Limitless Star said.
Julie Anne added, “Dito kasi hindi ko na kailangang mag-pretend, hindi na rin nya kailangang mag-pretend, kilala na namin yung bawat isa. Importante rin yung comfort and honesty sa isa’t-isa kaya confident ako and secure.”
Winwyn is engaged to her non-showbiz fiancé, whom she calls her first love.
The Reina Hispanoamericana 2017 gave birth to their first child, Luna, in 2022 and is currently balancing motherhood and her career.
Meanwhile, Julie Anne is in a relationship with fellow Kapuso star Rayver Cruz, who also stars in the film.
Previously, Julie Anne said it would be difficult to live without her boyfriend because she has known Rayver for a long time.
"It's hard to live without someone na talagang sobrang, alam mo 'yun, special sa 'yo tapos 'yung talagang kinakapitan mo sa lahat ng bagay," she said.
Winwyn and Julie Anne both star in the upcoming film "The Cheating Game," which will hit theaters on July 26.
