Aubrey Miles shares why daughter Rocket doesn't have a separate playroom
Aubrey Miles took to social media to share why she and Troy Montero decided not to have a separate playroom for their four-year-old daughter, Rocket.
On Instagram, Aubrey shared a photo of their living room area filled with Rocket's toys.
"Who's complaining? Go find your passion baby," the actress wrote in the caption.
"Why not have a [separate playroom] for her? If we do that[,] then we have to stay with her in that room all day which will also separate our family bonding, daily house routine," she added.
Aubrey also said they want to observe Rocket's daily activities, especially as they don't have a nanny.
"Just sharing [our] daily life with our kid with special needs," Aubrey ended, followed by the hashtags #autism and #autismawareness.
Last month, Aubrey and Troy shared through a vlog that Rocket has undergone stem cell therapy for autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
The couple revealed that Rocket was diagnosed with ASD in April last year. Since then, they have shared updates on their daughter's progress on social media.
Last year, Rocket said her first full sentence, "Happy birthday to you," when she celebrated her fourth birthday.
Troy and Aubrey tied the knot in June last year after 18 years together. Aside from Rocket, they have a son named Hunter. Aubrey also has an older son named John Maurie, with ex-boyfriend JP Obligacion.
