KC Concepcion to Sharon Cuneta: 'Happy birthday to my first idol'
KC Concepcion posted a sweet greeting for her dear mom Sharon Cuneta on her special day.
On Instagram, the "Asian Persuasion" actress shared a sweet photo of Sharon kissing her on the forehead as she wrapped her right arm around her mom's shoulder.
"Mama, may this year bring you all the happiness and more blessings you truly desire and deserve," KC said in the caption.
"Happy birthday to my first 'idol,'" she added. "Love you!"
On Christmas Day, Sharon expressed her loneliness for spending the holidays apart from her firstborn by sharing an old video of her and a young KC on social media.
Last month, KC flew to the United States to spend the holidays with her father, Gabby Concepcion.
In a previous "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" episode, Sharon said she kept crying during her reunion concert with Gabby because they lost a lot of time together, the three of them.
"We could've had a good life, the three of us, because Gabby and I were okay, then things happened," she said.
The "Dear Heart" reunion concert delighted ShaGab fans as it is rare for the former to share the stage together. They previously reunited for a kilig-filled McDonald's commercial in 2018.
Sharon is now married to Kiko Pangilinan. They have three kids: Kakie, Miel, and Miguel.
Earlier this month, Sharon revealed that she and Kiko briefly separated before reconciling.
