Heart Evangelista confirms vow renewal with Chiz Escudero: 'I know what marriage is now'

It's confirmed — Heart Evangelista and Chiz Escudero are renewing their vows!

According to a report on "Unang Balita" on Tuesday, the ceremony will take place on February 14, and it will be one big celebration of Heart's birthday and her wedding anniversary with Chiz.

It will be held on Balesin Island, where the couple got married in 2015. The affair will be intimate, with only close friends and family on the guest list.

"This time around, my heart is definitely complete," Heart said. "I was 30 when I got married, but it's different now."

"I know what marriage is now, so it's very meaningful for me," she added.

Heart earlier teased the vow renewal by posting a photo of a bouquet on Instagram.

In her caption, she wrote, "10 more days to go," followed by the hashtags #ChizHeart and #Chapter2.

Last month, Chiz went to Paris with Heart and spent some time in her chic Parisian apartment.
