Vilma Santos, Luis Manzano, Ryan Christian Recto to grace 1st episode of 'My Mother, My Story'

Vilma Santos and her sons, Luis Manzano and Ryan Christian Recto, are the first guests who will appear on Boy Abunda's TV special, "My Mother, My Story."

This was announced by the King of Talk on Thursday's "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda."

Tito Boy said that they shot the episode on Wednesday in Lipa, Batangas.

"The special focuses on the life of Luis bilang isang anak na ipinanganak sa mundo kung saan pagmamay-ari ang kaniyang ina ng publiko. Vilma calls herself 'a public property,'" he said.

"My Mother, My Story" will debut on Mother's Day on May 12.

Tito Boy previously said that it will have "revealing conversations" with celebrities on the show, where they will talk about their relationships with their mothers.

"Dito magbabahagi sila kung paano sila pinalaki ng kanilang mga magulang, paano sila tinaguyod, paano sila nasaktan, paano sila naging masaya sa buhay, paano silang tinuruan magmahal at hindi natuto magmahal at iba pang mga karanasang sa kanilang buhay na humubog sa kanilang pagkatao," he said.

"My Mother, My Story" will air once a month on Sundays at 3:15 p.m. on GMA Network.
