Anjo Pertierra is engaged!

Anjo Pertierra received an "explosive" yes from his girlfriend Eunice Jorge!

The "Unang Hirit" host and weatherman shared the news of his engagement on Instagram, with a photo of him and Eunice flexing the engagement ring.

"It's true," Anjo wrote in his caption. "Someday, someone will love and accept you for who you are. If that person comes, don't let go."

"Found mine," he added.

On her own Instagram, Eunice, a musician, shared a video of the proposal, set to the audio of her song "Respeto." Anjo went down on one knee on stage, during Eunice's set.

Eunice said "yes" in front of the thrilled audience.

The proposal took place on her birthday.

"I wrote ‘Respeto’ (song in the background) way back 2012 not knowing for whom or about whom I was really singing," Eunice said. "Napanaginipan ko lang isang tao na walang mukha at sinulat ko yung pinaramdam niya sakin and last night biglang nagmake sense lahat."

"Nakakasabog ng utak at puso wala akong masabi. What did I do to deserve a love like this?" she added. "It’s my birthday and I just got engaged."

She thanked those who came and said she was happy to share the moment with them.

"I love you, weatherman," she added.
