Dingdong Dantes has a funny reaction to Marian Rivera's Preview cover post
Marian Rivera is Preview's cover star for August 2025 and she's looking great in a suit!
On Instagram, Marian shared a few snaps from her cover shoot where she donned a Carolina Herrera blazer and trouser set, and said she was "channeling my inner boyish charm on this cover!"
"Who says you can’t mix genres and vibes," she added, but all eyes were on her husband Dingdong Dantes' funny comment: "Pare, pa-kiss nga," he wrote in the comment section, eliciting nearly 700 likes and 14 laughing replies, as of writing.
Her cover story titled, “Marian Rivera is the woman they warned you about” focused on how the actress remains a force to be reckoned with in the industry.
The cover drop follows Marian — and Dingdong's — gorgeous appearance at the GMA Gala last Saturday. Marian looked regal in her black lace dress, while Dingdong wore a velvet green suit.
The married couple were among the Hall of Fame awardees of the evening.
This isn't the first time Dingdong playfully supported Marian. Last year, following her viral moment as a judge for a beauty and fitness competition, Dingdong also took to social media to praise the Kapuso Primetime Queen.
"Isang masigabong palakpak para sa iyo, Misis ko," Dingdong said then, before making a reference to Marian's cute moment: "P.S. 'Di kailangang i-translate sa Ingles, gets niyo na 'to."
Touched by her husband's supportive gesture, Marian replied in the comments section, saying "sa susunod ikaw na tatawagan ko para mag translate!"
