Dennis Trillo's son Calix auditions for modeling gig

Dennis Trillo's son Calix is now into modeling.

According to Nelson Canlas' report on "24 Oras," Monday, Calix patiently auditioned to be a model despite his showbiz connections.

"It's very exciting. It's a very new experience for me. So I hope there will be more opportunities in the future," he said.

Despite being supportive of Calix venturing into the limelight, Dennis said that finishing his studies is the priority. The teen is now an incoming college freshman.

"Unti-unti parang sumusunod na siya sa mga yapak ko. Pero siyempre importante matapos pa rin ang school niya," he said.

Calix's stepmom, Jennylyn Mercado, also expressed her joy over Calix's endeavors.

"Sabi ko nga sa kaniya, happy ako sa ganiyan. Sa mga fashion show, 'yung mga photoshoot, 'yung mga puwedeng mga endorsement. Para alam mo 'yung mga paisa-isang araw lang kayang-kaya ng schedule niya," she said.

Aside from modelling, Calix is also into fencing. He recently won first place in a competition.

Calix is Dennis' son with former girlfriend Carlene Aguilar.

In 2021, Dennis married Jennylyn, who has a son named Jazz with her former boyfriend Patrick Garcia.

Dennis and Jennylyn welcomed their daughter, Dylan, in 2022.
