Mav Gonzales is now married!
On social media, the GMA Integrated News reporter shared photos from her small wedding to Matthew Valeña.
"Even the sun shone when it was forecasted to rain. It was the perfect day," Mav wrote. "Thank you Lord for blessing us with this amazing memory."
"Those close to me know I wanted to get married at 35, but I didn't really count on it. Well, I did end up marrying exactly when I wanted. God is never late," she added.
Mav thanked their families and those who assisted with the ceremony to make their day extra special. She also thanked her groom.
"And thank you Matt for finding me," she said.
Mav announced her engagement to Matt in June. Before their wedding, she got a surprise bridal shower from her journalist friends.
