Kuya Kim shares poignant video of daughter Emman Atienza: 'The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away'
Kuya Kim Atienza took to social media to share a touching video of his late daughter, Emman Atienza, singing inside a studio.
In the clip he posted on Instagram, Emman is performing “Sailor Song” by Gigi Perez.
“The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; may the name of the Lord be praised,” Kuya Kim wrote in the caption.
The video quickly drew messages of love and support from fellow celebrities.
“Sending all my love,” Isabelle Daza commented.
Rabiya Mateo said, “I love you Kuya [Kim]. Praying for you and the rest of the family. Emman, we will miss you.”
Emman’s unexpected passing was announced by Kuya Kim and their family on Friday.
She was 19 years old.
In what would be her last broadcast message on Instagram, posted on September 1, Emman opened up about the pressures of social media and taking a break from TikTok.
