Waynona Collings, Reich Alim on being breadwinners: 'It's a choice'

Waynona Collings and Reich Alim, who have been supporting their families at their young age, shared their thoughts on being a breadwinner.

On Monday's "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," the King of Talk asked the two former PBB housemates to weigh in on the debate over whether it's a responsibility that should fall into the shoulders of young people.

"Being a breadwinner, honestly it's up to you kasi parang ikaw din 'yung magde-decide if you want to actually do it," Waynona said. "If you really want to do it, if sobrang genuine mo ipapatuloy mo talaga 'yun para sa pamilya mo kasi sobrang mahal mo sila."

Reich said she has the same answer.

"It's your choice talaga if you want to help your family or not. If you do eh 'di OK, if you don't it's your choice," she said.

Inside the house, Waynona previously opened up on having to stop her schooling and supporting her brother through college because of her family's financial struggles.

Waynona and Reich both want each other to return inside Bahay ni Kuya if a wild card round were to be announced. They expressed their mutual admiration for what they do for their families.

The two girls were the first housemates to be evicted from the "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0."

"PBB Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0" airs weeknights at 9:40 PM, Saturdays at 6:15 PM, and Sundays at 10:05 PM on GMA. —MGP, GMA Integrated News
