Ogie Alcasid gives words of wisdom to daughter Leila, Mito Fabie following PH wedding

Ogie Alcasid is one happy dad following his daughter Leila's second wedding to Mito Fabie in the Philippines.

In an Instagram post, the singer and "It's Showtime" host shared a video of Leila and Mito getting proclaimed as husband and wife and sharing a kiss.

In his caption, Ogie said gave the couple some words of wisdom about married life. He told them to not be afraid to make mistakes, to fail or to lose, to forgive each other or ask forgiveness, and to keep fighting for each other.

"If circumstances seem insurmountable—march on. Life is really about peaks and valleys and this is what makes life exciting," he said.

"The best is yet to come. I love you both very much," he said.

Leila and Mito got engaged in September 2024, then got married in May 2025 in Australia.

Leila and younger sister Sarah are Ogie's daughters with his ex-wife, Michelle van Eimeren. Ogie is now married to Regine Velasquez and they have a son together, Nate.
