Legaspi family turns emotional as they say sorry, thank you to each other on Christmas Day
The family of Zoren Legaspi, Carmina Villarroel, Cassy, and Mavy could not help but turn emotional as they said sorry and thank you to each other on Christmas Day.
During their guesting on “Fast Talk With Boy Abunda” on Thursday, the Legaspi family was asked to share their thank you and apology messages to one another.
Mavy went first, saying “'Pag nagpapasalamat ako or nag-so-sorry ako, 'yun lang sasabihin ko pero mararamdaman na nila sa tingin pa lang, sa emotions.”
When asked to give a message, the Kapuso actor became shy and said, “Ay 'di kaya, 'di kaya!”
His twin, Cassy, followed and teared up as she apologized for everything that had happened this year.
“I’m sorry with what you have to put up with this year. And thank you for never changing the way you love me despite everything that has happened in my life,” she said.
For Carmina, she apologized for her shortcomings and for being hot-headed sometimes.
She also said that despite all the challenges they faced this year, their family remains strong and intact.
“Thank you dahil ang pamilya natin ay buo at nanatiling mabubuti ang ating mga puso kasi puwedeng dahil sa pagsubok na ‘yon pwede kaming maging masama, meaning gumanti, i-defend ‘yung aming pamilya, but we choose to keep quiet because we know the truth and 'yun lang,” Carmina shared.
“Nanatili lang nang buo at punong-puno ng pagmamahal ang pamilya namin at 'yon ang maipagmamalaki ko talaga,” the mom of two added.
Meanwhile, Zoren apologized to his kids, acknowledging that there are experiences and journeys they go through that he and Carmina cannot always be there for.
Despite these challenges, he is thankful that they return home safely each day, share moments together, laugh, and, most importantly, continue to feel love and unity within the family.
The Legaspi family stars in the Kapuso Afternoon Prime series “Hating Kapatid.”
Aside from “Hating Kapatid,” Carmina, Zoren, Mavy and Cassy are part of the 2025 Metro Manila Film Festival family drama “Rekonek.”
