In marking their 2nd wedding anniv, Ben Alves reveals the 'past year has been the most trying'
Ben Alves and Chelsea Robato are celebrating their second wedding anniversary, and on Instagram, the Kapuso actor got real about married life.
"This past year has been the most trying for us," he began his Instagram caption.
According to Ben, this particular season of their married life has asked them to patient, which in turn has allowed them to grow closer as husband and wife.
"I cherish this season for us," he said, adding it's really shown him how strong and resilient Chelsea is.
"I feel so lucky to be the one to share this with you," he added.
"This year has taught me to slow down, listen, really hear you, and not always try to find the solution for you, but to just BE with you through everything," Ben continued.
He resolved to "find more ways to be sweeter" and to make Chelsea feel his presence even more.
"I pray we will soon enter a new season in our life as husband and wife," he said, promising to love his wife "unconditionally, always."
"Happy second anniversary my love," Ben ended his note.
His post featured photos from their wedding day, which took place at Santuario de San Antonio in Forbes Park, Makati, as well as from the many trips they took together.
