Candy Pangilinan announces death of mother Dori Espiritu
Candy Pangilinan has announced the passing of her mother, Dori Espiritu.
According to Candy's post on Instagram, her mother passed away on Tuesday, December 10.
"We ask for your prayers for the repose of her soul and for all her love ones. Our dear family and friends; Please come and join us, as we celebrate her life of love and service," she wrote.
In a separate post, Candy shared details of her mother's wake.
Viewing for the wake began on Wednesday in the Claret Seminary at 48 Cenacle Drive, Sanville Subdivision, Quezon City.
Viewing hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., with viewing to last until Saturday, February 14. A holy mass will also be held every evening at 8 p.m. until Saturday.
In an Instagram post on January 19, Candy had shared that her mother is finally going home after being hospitalized for nine days.
In another post on January 29, Candy shared photos of her son Quentin's godmothers visiting Dori in the hospital, including Janice de Belen, Gelli de Belen, and Carmina Villarroel, among others.
"Happy si Quentin dumating mga ninangs sa hospital to visit Nini," she wrote in the post.
