Paul Salas says breakup with Mikee Quintos was about 'goals and purpose'

Paul Salas opened up on his separation from Mikee Quintos on "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" on Monday.

Previously, when she confirmed their breakup, Mikee told Tito Boy that it was best to hear the reason from Paul.

On "Fast Talk," Paul said he and Mikee had a closure talk and agreed not to share the reason publicly.

"But gusto ko lang po i-clear na it's about our goals and purpose siguro," Paul said.

Paul and Mikee were also at Mikoy Morales' bachelor party.

"Nag-enjoy po kami kasi I think kinaya naman namin," Paul said.

Paul said that he and Mikee would talk whenever they see each other at work.

"'Pag nagkikita naman kami, andun pa rin 'yung lalapitan ko siya, kukumustahin ko siya. Kukulitin ko pa nga," he said.

"But I think sa mga bawat kita namin Tito Boy, nandun kami nag-hi-heal, kasi mas napapag-usapan namin kung kumusta na."

The actor and dancer also has this message for Mikee.

"Thank you for teaching me how to love myself more, and I'm sorry na hindi pa 'ko ganun ka-buo nung tayo."

Paul confirmed in 2022 that he and the Kapuso actress were dating. Mikee announced her breakup with Paul in April 2025. They were together for four years.
