Martin del Rosario proud of his Tita Connie Sison for career achievements
Martin del Rosario has his share of moments that made him go "tita ko 'yan," with his aunt, broadcast journalist Connie Sison.
The actor studied broadcast communication at the University of the Philippines, so he was able to watch his Tita Connie in her element.
"Nakita ko 'yung growth niya, 'yung mga achievements niya," Martin said during their guesting on Monday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda."
"So I guess lahat ng narating ni Tita Connie deserve niya talaga kasi sobrang hardworking niya," he added.
Connie likewise is super proud of Martin for his work as an actor.
"Nung first time ko siyang nakita na sobrang acting talaga—'di naman ako sanay nakikita siyang ganun Tito Boy diba—sabi ko, san nanggaling 'yun?" Connie said.
"Hindi mo nakikita kung saan nanggaling 'yung napaka deep nung kanyang emotions, napaka versatile niya as an actor," the reporter added. "Sabi ko, saan niya nakuha 'yun kasi ako, maarte lang ako eh."
Connie is the sister of Martin's father. Meanwhile, actress and host Ces Quesada is the sister of Martin's mother.
Connie is currently one of the anchors of "Balitanghali" and the host of "Pinoy MD."
Meanwhile, Martin appears in GMA Prime series "House of Lies," which airs weekdays at 3:20 p.m. after "Born to Shine." —Nika Roque/MGP, GMA News
