Jon Lucas introduces newborn son Calvin
Jon Lucas is now a dad of three!
On Instagram, the Kapuso star shared a photo of himself carrying his newborn son Calvin Arthur who was born on Friday, April 17.
“I’ve been wanting to share this with you guys, pero sabi ko next time na lang siguro kapag nandito na siya. Kaya hindi ko na rin papatagalin—hey guys, I’d like you to meet my son, Calvin,” Jon wrote.
According to Jon, Calvin’s birthday is especially to them as he was born the same day as his late dad Arturo.
“Pinanganak siya ngayong April 17 at exactly 10 in the morning.
The “Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre” star thanked the doctor and staff of the Dr. Jesus C. Delgado Memorial Hospital in Quezon City for taking care of Calvin and his wife.
He also expressed his gratitude to God for all the blessings He has been showering on their family.
Jon continued that his mantra in life has always been “God will provide,” highlighting that it helped him through the years that passed by.
Calvin is Jon’s third child with wife Shy Feras. It can be remembered that Jon’s character in the Kapuso series “Black Rider” was named Calvin — a role that earned him praise for his convincing performance.
Jon currently stars in “Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre” as the Minea-ve guard Daron.
The series airs on GMA Network from Mondays to Fridays at 8:05 p.m. after "24 Oras." You can also watch it online via the Kapuso Stream on YouTube.
