On Bimby's birthday, Kris Aquino reveals he has a 'special girl'
Kris Aquino revealed that her son Bimby has a special girl as he marked his 19th birthday.
On Instagram, the Queen of All Media expressed her excitement over this new chapter in her son's life, admitting it was something she had long looked forward to.
"I never thought I'd be excited for the day when Bimb really likes a girl," she wrote. "He told me he feels she's 'special.'"
Kris also shared her hopes for Bimby's potential love life, saying, "My birthday wish for my bunso is that she does become his first girlfriend."
"And who knows, God willing, also his last—yes, I'll be very blessed to have her for my daughter-in-law (in 7–9 years?)," she added.
She also revealed her attempts to help Bimby express his feelings through grand gestures, such as sending gifts.
"I asked Bimb if she had a new phone—he freaked and said: 'Mama, chill. You'll overwhelm her because she'll know it's not from me but from you. Please let it flow?'" she added.
Kris also reflected on her son's sacrifices in helping care for her amid her health struggles.
"The best gift I can give him is to let him enjoy his youth, and let him choose his own career path," she said. "My deal with him is he just has to give his 100%."
Kris turned 55 in February. She is currently battling nine autoimmune diseases. Despite this, she is looking forward to launching a video podcast.
