Jodi Sta. Maria shares prayers for Iwa Moto, Pampi Lacson: 'Mahalin nila isa’t isa'

Jodi Sta. Maria shared her prayers for Iwa Moto and Pampi Lacson on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” on Monday.

The actress shared during the interview that Iwa and Pampi had first told her about their engagement before announcing it.

“Sa totoo lang, masaya ‘ko para sa kanila,” Jodi said. “Isang bagay ‘to na matagal nilang hinintay. Thirteen, 14 years is no joke, and now it’s really happening.”

“Ang magiging dasal ko lang para sa kanila is mahalin nila isa’t isa. Intindihin nila ang isa’t isa 'di ba,” Jodi said. “Sila ang magkakampi, magkatuwang, magkaagapay sa buhay.”

Iwa and Pampi announced their engagement in February, and among those who expressed their support was Jodi.

Jodi and Pampi got married in 2005, separated in 2011, and annulled in 2024. Their son, Thirdy, was born in 2005.

Meanwhile, Iwa has been in a relationship with Pampi for 13 years. They have two children together: Hiromi and Caleb.

Despite their complicated situation, Iwa and Jodi have forged an unusual friendship. They often share photos of their blended family on Instagram, comment on their posts, and even do fun TikTok videos together.
