Sanya Lopez on private relationship with non-showbiz BF: 'It's a mutual decision'

Sanya Lopez said that she and her a non-showbiz boyfriend have chosen to keep their relationship private.

On the latest episode of "Your Honor," the Kapuso actress said her current partner isn't used to the public life that comes with being a celebrity.

"Sa buhay kasi natin medyo magulo eh," she said. "Public figure tayo, so hindi natin sila puwedeng pagbawalan sa kung ano ang gusto nilang sabihin sa atin."

Sanya said that both of them agreed to keep their relationship lowkey.

"It's a mutual decision," she said. "Napag-usapan na naman one time, what if makita na lalabas kami? OK lang naman na makita kami ng iba."

"Pero 'yung ipapakilala ko siya, hindi na," she added. "Mas gusto ko rin 'yung tahimik, iba rin 'yung life kapag walang sobrang nakikialam."

Sanya also said that she's the kind of woman who dates to marry.

"Lagi akong may thinking na kung sino 'yung first boyfriend, sana, I pray to God na siya na 'yung maging husband ko," she said.

In April, Sanya went to China with her special someone.

In her "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" interview in February this year, she playfully revealed that she is in a relationship. She also shared that he had given her a promise ring.
