Jake Cuenca is 'so proud of' Rabiya Mateo after she gets accepted to UST medical school

Rabiya Mateo’s medical school dreams are coming to life!

On Instagram Stories, Jake Cuenca shared the news that the Miss Universe Philippines 2020 has been accepted into the Doctor of Medicine program at the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery.

“Congratulations, Rabiya, for making your dreams come true today and making it to UST FMS!” Jake wrote.

“She’s going to be a doctor!” he added. “I’m so proud of you!”

The two are currently in Hong Kong for a vacation.

On her Instagram, Rabiya shared photos of herself with Jake at Hong Kong Disneyland and said, “Few more gala before med school.”

"Thank you for this trip," she added, thanking Jake.

In April, Jake confirmed he and Rabiya are “exclusively dating.”

The two first sparked dating rumors in March when they were spotted during a public outing in Taguig, followed by their attendance at the birthday party of Sienna Stevens.

In the same month, Rabiya shared her National Medical Admission Test general performance score of 741, prompting netizens to compare her to Linda Walker, a viral character from a Chinese vertical drama. She previously shared in a YouTube vlog with DJ Chacha that she intends to return to medical school.

In 2018, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Iloilo Doctors’ College.
