Therese Malvar is engaged!
Therese Malvar is now engaged to her partner, Jaime Morados.
On Instagram, the longtime couple shared a joint post in which Jaime narrates a cinematic video, featuring clips of their small moments together—from eating a midnight snack at a fast-food restaurant and going on a late-night drive to giving a sneak peek of how the engagement happened.
The proposal was intimate, with guitarists playing music and making the night even more romantic. After Therese said her sweet yes to Jaime’s “Will you marry me?” the room full of their loved ones lit up, cheering them on.
“Thank you, Lord, for my soon-to-be wife,” Jaime wrote.
Therese and Jaime first met as film students at MINT College. Since then, the pair have collaborated on several projects together, including the short film “Ang Pagliligtas sa Dalagang Bukid (Saving the Country Maiden)” and “They Made Monsters.”
Therese previously starred in the historical biopic “Quezon,” top-billed by Jericho Rosales. It is the third installment in TBA Studios' Bayaniverse, following “Heneral Luna” and “Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral.”
