Inah De Belen says she previously did not want to marry because of her parents' separation

Inah De Belen said she previously did not want to marry due to the separation of her parents Janice De Belen and John Estrada.

In an episode of "Your Honor," the actress revealed that years ago, she did not want to get married even though she was already in a relationship with Jake Vargas.

"Four years ago or even before that, sinabi ko sa sarili ko na ayoko magpakasal and I told him that. OK na sa 'kin 'yung baby, parang OK na sa 'kin 'yung magka-baby na lang kami," Inah said.

"And I think it’s because of my parents and because naghiwalay sila," Inah added.

Inah also said that because of what she went through as a kid, she became jaded at one point.

However, Inah said, "Well, now gusto ko na."

In 2017, Inah revealed in a "24 Oras" interview that her relationship with Jake already had her family's approval.

Jake said in a recent interview on "Fast Talk with Boy Abunda" that he and Inah have talked about marriage.

"Hindi naman dapat minamadali 'yun, Tito Boy. Dapat talagang ready na kami, 'yun na po talaga," he said. —Nika Roque/MGP, GMA News
