Doug Kramer reveals daughter Kendra's admirers are sending him messages

Doug Kramer is such a girl dad now that his eldest child Kendra is at an age where she is attracting plenty of admirers.

On Thursday's episode of "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," Doug and his wife Chesca said that some of the boys interested in their daughter have been brave enough to actually message him.

"They ask if they can take Kendra out," Chesca said in Filipino. "I have to give it to them."

Doug hilariously complained about the "never-ending prom invites" and shared some of the messages he received.

"'Tito, I will take care of your child.' One even sent me an e-vite for their wedding next year. There were messages like that," he said.

However, Chesca said Kendra is so busy with her studies and swimming training to pay them any attention.

"She's so focused on that so even if there are admirers, they cannot visit her at home," she said.

"Not allowed," Doug added.

To Doug's chagrin, Chesca said their second child, Scarlett, is also beginning to have her own admirers.

"I always tell Kendra and Scarlett: enjoy, enjoy your youth, enjoy the admiration but you don't have to act upon it," she said. "Don't mistake an admiration for love right away."

Aside from Kendra and Scarlett, Doug and Chesca has a son, Gavin.

The couple has been together for 23 years and married for 18. Doug is a former professional basketball player while Chesca is an actress and television host. —MGP, GMA News
