Gallery Vask in Taguig among Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2016
With cuisine described as modern Spanish with a Filipino twist, Gallery Vask located in Taguig City and its Spanish chef Jose Luis “Chele” González was recognized on Monday as among Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2016.
Gallery Vask came in 39th in the list, which is published annually by William Reed Business Media, and was praised for its dishes such as the tiradito of raw tuna loin, kinilaw gel with coconut milk, and calamansi and tabon-tabon.

Number one on the Asia's 50 Best list was Bangkok's Gaggan, Tokyo's Narisawa, while Singapore's Restaurant André was third. Gallery Vask was the only Philippine restaurant on the list.
