Balut Pâté in Profiteroles, Chicken Skin Crackling, and more SONA menu items revealed

Monggo returns on the menu for President Rodrigo Duterte's first State of the Nation Address (SONA) on July 25, Monday.

Along with Pan de Sal with Kesong Puti and Fresh Lumpia Ubod in Pouch, Monggo Soup with White Kesong Puti will be served again—repeat items from his Inauguration menu.

The SONA menu also includes Native Chips: Salted Duck Egg Dressing; Empanaditas; Sotong Goreng or deep fried calamaris tossed in chili and bell pepper; Crispy Triangles of Flaked Chicken Adobo and Mushrooms; Penne with Taba ng Talangka Sauce; Balut Pâté in Profiteroles; and Chicken Skin Crackling.
