We're onto the second half of the year — how are we all holding up?

1. The Golden Hour at Mireio


If you’re looking for a classy twist to happy hour, head to the luxe Mireio Terrace at Raffles Makati for endless cocktails. Revel in The Golden Hour with a drink in hand and enjoy their extensive selection of red, white, and rosé wines, as well as their signature cocktails. Don’t forget that they also have a delightful Aperol Spritz, a Frozé (rosé-with-a-twist), and a gin bar.

2. Raining Wine Season at Txanton


Staying true to its elevated wining and dining experience, wine distributor and jamon supplier Txanton just rolled out their “Raining Wine Season” starting July 1.

For P1,000, you’ll get two glasses of premium and imported wine — carefully selected by Txanton general manager Besay Gonzalez no less.

To complement the old world wines, each guest will also receive a personal platter of imported Chorizo and Salchichon from Spain, as well as homemade bread with a serving of premium Olive Oil for dipping.

“We created this promotion for those who are looking for more than just wine, more than just food… With this promotion, you get premium wine and amazing cold cuts but but at a more friendly price,” shared Goinzalez.

3. Wine Buffet at Seda Straight Up Bar

Tired office workers looking to cap the day, business people looking to a relaxed meeting can avail of Seda’s wine buffet. For just P800, guests can choose from three types of red, two types of white, and one sparkling wine all of which go unlimited if you order from 4pm-8pm.

The best part: ordering whatever beverage pleases you — whether alcoholic, virgin, ala carte or on promo — will give you access to Seda’s long-standing pica-pica promo. As in order a drink and you choose your bar chow from the snack buffet for free.

4. My Vegan Wednesdays at Ralph’s


Just because you’re a dutiful vegan doesn’t mean you can't have any happy hour fun. My Vegan Wednesdays by Ralph’s Wine & Spirits offers free-flowing vegan-friendl and organic wines from the Philippine Wine Merchants.

Happening every first Wednesday at their BF Homes branch in Parañaque  and every third Wednesday at their Pasay Road (Arnaiz Avenue) branch in Makati City, My Vegan Wednesdays also has vegan-friendly and handcrafted cheeses by In A Nutshell, vegan dips and spices from Chili Asylum, and chocolate vegan doughnuts by Green Bar. 5.  Free-flowing Wine at Extra Virgin



At the newly opened Extra Virgin Restaurant in Makati, every day means unlimited wine! From Monday to Saturday, diners can load up on Robert Skalli Reserve Merlot, as well as white and rosé wines for only P599!

8. The Supper Club at ABV x Nonie’s Boracay

 

One of the best bars in Metro Manila is bringing a beloved Boracay favorite closer.

This July, ABV will be launching The Supper Club and Boozy Brunch Series: three gastronomic weekends of delicious, healthy food and well-crafted cocktails in partnership with Nonie's Boracay, the number one restaurant in Boracay according to TripAdvisor.

Each weekend menu will feature six courses, carefully curated by Nonie’s, while ABV will be providing cocktail pairings for the dishes. Talk about a match made in heaven.

What started as a Christmas promo turned into one of Refinery’s monthly specials, but as we enter July, we’re betting the restaurant’s happy hour promo will become a mainstay.

Refinery’s is hard to beat: P500 for unlimited wine, P650 for unlimited moscato, P650 for unlimited sangria, and P299 for buy-one take-one beers. It starts at 7pm and goes all the way to 10pm. Pair it up with their housemade chips (P95) and you’re good to go, but why settle for chips when Refinery has a cheese platter for just P350?
