We can now have these delicious seafood rolls every day at The Grid Food Market

After four years of pop-ups and Saturday appearances at the Salcedo Market, Bun Appetit – makers of some of the finest seafood rolls in Metro Manila – now has a permanent address.

Starting Monday – today! – Bun Appetit can be found at The Grid, Powerplant’s new food market, another one of them bright ideas by Charles Paw who also brought Metro Manila a few of our favorite restaurants like Le Petite Souffle, Bad Bird, Wrong Ramen, to name a few.

But more good news: Apart from Bun Appetit's stellar regulars of lobster, crab, and shrimp rolls plus delicious sides — garlic noodles and grilled corned — the food company adds two more items on its short menu.

According to the Philippine Daily Inquirer, Bun Appetit at The Grid will also serve a Lobster Mac and Cheese and Clam Chowder.

The Grid opens with eight vendors to the public today.

Later in the year, Bruce Ricketts' famous Mexican joint in Parañaque, La Chinesa, will open a branch at The Grid, as well. As early as now, we are making tummy space for that. But in the mean time: get in my belly, lobster rolls!  — LA, GMA News
