Vegan? Here's how you can make meatless burgers
Just because you’ve given up meat doesn’t mean you can’t have burgers.
A recent Pinas Sarap episode had two plant-based and organic restaurants show how they make their vegan burgers.
Susi, at Burgos Circle in Bonifacio Global City, suggests using a mixture of black beans, brown rice, and beetroot as a beef patty replacement.
Wholesome Table meanwhile uses a mixture of quinoa, zucchini, and Portobello mushroom.
