They first showed how they make hot coffee through hand brewing.
The ingredients they prepared are 20 grams of coffee, 320 milliliter of water in 92 degrees Celsius.
Here are the steps you should follow according to Megan and Mikael:
Step 1: Grind your beans and heat the water
Step 2: Put the coffee in the brewer and pour 50ml of water on your first hit
Step 3: Let the coffee grounds and water "bloom" or sit for 30 seconds
Step 4: Pour in more water until you hit 220ml mark
Step 5: You let that sit so the coffee can extract just a bit and before all the water goes down pour in the rest of the water until you hit the 320ml mark.
Mikael said the target brewing time is two minutes and 30 seconds and you have to take off the grounds.

The second type of coffee they introduced is the "iced pour over" which almost had the same brewing process except you'll need 30g of coffee, 250g of ice and 300 ml of water at 92 C.
According to Megan, you can try wetting the paper filter before putting coffee because they heard that it takes out the "papery taste" from the coffee.
Mikael said they have changed their brewing technique and equipment at least five to ten times already over the years.
The Kapuso actor reminded those who are venturing ways to brew coffee that they should not be "afraid in having or creating a bad cup of coffee because I think that's part of the process and enjoying your coffee life."
The Miss World 2013, meanwhile, said visiting coffee shops and getting tips from baristas is how they got some of their brewing techniques.
"Additionally coffee has become such an experiential and integral of our relationship, we've grown so much through coffee," Mikael said.
The couple is also giving away a complete coffee-brewing set including brewing kettle, aeropress, coffee beans and coffee grinder to their YouTube subscribers who will have the best answer to the question, "Between Bonez and Fofo, who would you rather have coffee with, why?" —Jannielyn Bigtas/MGP, GMA News
