Instead of the usual sampaloc, Richard Gomez cooks sinigang using green mango stock
Richard Gomez spent Father's Day with his daughter Juliana inside their kitchen in Ormoc City, cooking Sinigang, a Filipino staple dish.
In the video shared by the Ormoc City mayor, we learn that instead of the usual sampaloc, green mangoes are Richard's preferred souring agent. The greener, Goma said, the better.
As Richard swiftly moved around the kitchen, he and Juliana talked about how sinigang is a staple dish in many Filipino households including theirs.
