Milk tea shop Chemistea to permanently close QC branch by end of August

Another store bids farewell amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Milk tea store Chemistea announced that it will be permanently closing its Quezon City branch by August 28.

"Thank you to everyone who has supported us these 5 years," the store said in a Facebook post, Friday. "Thank you for standing with us through this pandemic."

It added, "Thank you for all the memories, but it's time we say goodbye...It's been a good run, and we consider you our family. Hope we have been yours too!"

Despite its closure, Chemistea encouraged its customers to buy jugs and bottles to store in their freezers "para may ala-ala parin naman kami sa inyo."

Although its Quezon City branch will be closing, its BF Homes, Paranaque branch will remain open.
