While on lockdown, Kumori and Theo & Philo collaborated and came up with this sweet treat

Japanese bakery Kumori has collaborated with Filipino artisan chocolate Theo & Philo for a fusion dessert called Signature S'Mores tart.

According to a press statement from Kumori, the Signature S'Mores tart features the best-selling treats from both Theo & Philo and the Japanese bakery.

The Signature S'mores Tarts are filled with 65% dark chocolate ganache topped with torched whipped "marshmallow" frosting.

Theo & Philo on Instagram shared that  collaboration actually started during lockdown with them constantly tweaking ideas and recipes.
