This delectable cheese tart is now a gelato flavor

Kumori's popular Signature Cheese Tart has been reinvented into a frozen treat!

In collaboration with artisanal gelato maker Manila Creamery, Kumori's Signature Cheese Tart is deconstructed and reimagined into a delightful gelato combining various cheeses and sweet tart shells to balance the cream and the crunch.

According to a press statement from Kumori, the gelato's dairy base is a combination of sharp white cheddar and rich premium cheese for it a luscious velvety texture on the lips.

The blend of ingredients gives the whole treat the crispy and buttery texture with a balance of sweet and salty taste. It's a perfect treat if you want to upgrade your dessert experience.

The Signature Cheese Tart Gelato has been made available on October 15, for a limited time only. One pint is priced at P435.

The gelato comes at the heels of the Signature S'mores tart, a collaboration with local artisanal chocolate brand Theo & Philo .
