Ever heard of Pares Jacuzzi? Here's where you can try the dish!
Pares is a Filipino ulam favorite, but ever heard of Pares Jacuzzi?
In a report on Unang Hirit on Wednesday, Pares Ni Master owners Michael Angelo Lobrin and Christian introduced Pares Jacuzzi, the new variant of the dish that has a creamier texture compared to the original.
How did they make it creamier? First, they saute garlic, ginger, onions, and celery. Then they add fish sauce, and then the beef broth.
Afterwards, other "secret spices" are added to make the dish more flavorful, before putting in the pre-cooked beef meat.
To top it off, beef fat and chopped corn are added to blend the savory and sweet tastes nicely.
