No time to cook? Here are noche buena-worthy lechon dishes you can easily prepare at home

Celebrations will be happening here and there as we approach the Christmas month, and if you have lechon on your "handa" list, Rico's is offering a variety of dishes.

Rico's newest frozen food packs are perfect for cooking novices or for those who are too busy to whip up home-cooked meals for celebrations.

The Frozen Lechon Baka is easy to prepare by either heating it in a microwave, in an air fryer, or heating it on a pan with a drizzle of oil.

Despite taking only minutes to prepare, the quality is noche buena-worthy—the flavors are still intact and becomes even more flavorful when you eat it with their delicious Suka Lami.

This variety comes in two sizes: Junior Size (250g) for P350 and Fiesta Size Original (600g) for P810.

The Frozen Lechon Baka also comes in a spicy flavor priced at P380 for the Junior Size and P870 for the Fiesta Size.

For pros who want to have more creativity in the kitchen, you can transform the Lechon Baka into a different dish with a new recipe by adding some tausi sauce, or ampalaya for gyudon style. You can also turn it into a Philly cheesesteak-inspired sandwich.

Aside from the favorite Lechon Baka, Rico's also offers other specials including Dinuguan Special (P180), Lechon Paksiw (P280), (Lechon Sisig) P320, Lechon Pares (P280), Lechon Binagoongan (P240), and Lechon Humba (P320).

For a holiday season classic, try Rico's Lechon Paksiw to remind you of the morning after noche buena when the leftover lechon turns into a completely different dish.

All of Rico's Frozen food packs are available in all leading supermarkets, groceries, and convenience stores in Metro Manila and selected provinces.

Customers can also pre-order for pick-up and delivery by contacting the Lechon Fulfillment Center at 0917-814-7648 / (02) 7799-0810. —JAB, GMA News
