Sandara Park tells GOT7’s BamBam to ‘try tocilog’

We can always count on Sandara Park to promote Filipino culture to her idol friends.

BamBam of GOT7 is now in the Philippines for his fansign events and the 2022 K-Pop Masterz in Manila concert on July 29, and he's been taking his social media followers along — like that time he dined at Cebu's Ayer Lechon.

“Milkfish is the best,” he tweeted, showing a photo of his glorious Filipino meal that included white rice, sisig, and Cebu lechon.

Sandara couldn't help but reply. “Wow bangus!!! [T]ry tocilog for your breakfast tomorrow hehe,” she said. 

BamBam replied back with a GIF of Snoop Dogg nodding with the text “oh fo sho.”

Boy band TREASURE is also part of Friday’s concert lineup, and a fan asked the 2NE1 member to give her food recommendations as well.

“Si Jjangme [the group’s manager] bahala sa kanila. Expert sya sa [Philippines,] alam nya ano kakainin,” Sandara said.
