Korean Village restaurant in Manila to close its doors on February 25


After over 40 years in the business, Korean Village in Malate, Manila is set to have its last day on February 25.

The restaurant confirmed the news in a phone call with GMA News Online.

The restaurant's bestsellers are beef stew and Korean barbecue that diners can cook on the spot.

For barbecue, they offer everything from tofu for P225 to beef short ribs for P700. They also offer hot pot like kimchi chige (P350) and other Korean staples like chapchae noodles (P350).

Korean Village is located at 566 J. Nakpil St. in Malate.

It's open from Tuesday to Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  and 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
